If you’re lucky enough to get a window seat, you think you could almost see Japan. Chef wanted us to taste his heirloom panzanella, a bread salad moistened with the juice of luscious farm fresh tomatoes, housemade ricotta napped with basil-balsamic reduction. It was better than mine – enough said.
